Get involved

Trade, run a bar, sponsor, bring your charity or help on the day. Apply online, pay securely and manage your own listing on the Manorfest website.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Apply online

    Create an account and tell us about your stall, bar, brand or cause.

  2. Step 2: We review

    We check the mix so there’s no doubling up, and confirm by email.

  3. Step 3: Pay securely

    Pay by card through Stripe. Charities are free.

  4. Step 4: You’re on the site

    Upload your logo and documents, and manage your own listing.

Sponsors skip step 2: choose a package, pay and upload your artwork straight away.

Priced by the space you take up, so a coffee cart doesn’t pay the same as a catering truck. Measure your longest side including tow hitch; up to 4m deep is included.

All prices include VAT. Bring your own power: silent or super-silent generators only, included in your measurements. One trader per main food type, so tell us what you serve.

  • Public liability insurance of at least £1 million (upload certificate)
  • Photos and a description of what you sell
  • Weighted gazebo, at least 15kg per leg
  • PAT-tested electrical items
  • Take all rubbish home: leave no trace
  • Set up Saturday evening or Sunday morning; no vehicle movements during the event

Fees are paid within 7 days of approval and are non-refundable after 1 July 2027, unless we cancel the event.

Food traders

Before you apply

  • Registered food business with a food hygiene rating of 4 or 5
  • Level 2 food hygiene certificates for serving staff
  • Allergen information for every dish
  • Gas Safe certificate (last 12 months) if you use LPG
  • Fire extinguisher, plus fire blanket for fryers
  • Risk assessment (fire, gas, hot surfaces, generator)
  • Silent or super-silent generator only, within your measured space
  • Drip trays; take grey water and fat away with you
  • Compostable or recyclable packaging, no polystyrene
  • At least one kids’ option on the menu

Run a Manorfest bar

Three bars, each with its own drinks range so they complement each other. Applications are scored by an independent panel, and Rothwell-based businesses get first refusal.
